Located in midtown Manhattan, our offices are convenient to subways, Penn Station, Grand Central Terminal, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. You can visit in person to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged Premium TransitChek® MetroCard®.
A lost or stolen Premium TransitChek® MetroCard® can be replaced between the hours of 8:30am - 2:45pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. A damaged or undelivered Premium TransitChek® MetroCard® can be replaced between the hours of 8:30am - 4:45pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday.
