Q. How many employees do I need to enroll? Are there minimums? 
A. There are no minimums required for the TransitChek® program. Premium TransitChek®  programs require certain minimum employee participation; please contact Sales for further information.

Q. Can I order extra TransitChek®  products for family members and friends?
A. Yes, the TransitChek®  benefit can be shared with family members and friends as long as it is through you as a TransitChek participant and within current IRS monthly limits. TransitChek benefits can also be used for transit trips other than between work and home, for example weekend getaways and sporting events. This expanded use of TransitChek does NOT apply to commuter parking benefits.

Q. What are your Customer Service hours?
A. Customer Service is available via telephone from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. EST
Walk-in for replacement of a damaged Premium MetroCard®  is from 8:30 A.M. to 4:45 P.M. EST
Walk-in for replacement of a lost or stolen Premium MetroCard®  is from 8:30 A.M. to 2:45 P.M. EST

Q. Can TransitChek®  Vouchers be stopped or cancelled?
A  No, there is no way to stop or cancel a Voucher.
